Kathryn has discovered a new sport that she loves...Tennis! When we were down in Tyler she wanted to go play tennis so bad. So we took her down to the court and let her try. She actually hit the ball about 3 times on her own, which is pretty good considering I can barely hit it! The only problem was trying to run around the court in her renowned sparkly shoes. She said it was not so easy and asked is we could go to Target to her some tennis shoes...Target always solves the problem! We were so surprised b/c we have gotten her tennis shoes before and she would not wear them. She informed us once we got there she wanted normal tennis shoes like Daddy, no princess or Dora. So, ok we found some "normal" ones and she loved them. Once we got them on her she wore them non stop all weekend. She couldn't believe how fast she could run in them! Papa also hooked her up with a new Dora tennis racket and pink tennis balls, every girls need her own pink tennis balls. She wouldn't let anyone play with them, especially Mommy b/c I am known for knocking them into the woods :)! Josh is so excited she enjoyed it, since he loves tennis. He can't wait for her to get a little older so we can put her in lessons.
